The Atex Flex temperature controller
Atex Flex is the connectable temperature controller for static and ventilated units in the -49.9°C to +99.9°C range with integrated connectivity and remote management via App and Cloud.
Energy savings
We know how important it is for manufacturers of refrigeration units to limit energy consumption and maximize the performance of their units. As a result, we have developed technology dedicated to energy savings for the Atex Flex range.
Inverter compressor technology
To limit energy consumption, the Flex range controllers allow you to drive both the compressors with Embraco inverters, via serial interface, and the variable speed electronic fans with 0-10V input.
This enables to:
- Improve the energy efficiency of the refrigeration unit
- Limit the electric load when starting the compressor, thus obtaining a longer life of the refrigerating machine
- Modulate the cooling power at all times and therefore have greater stability of the compartment temperature
- Have a refrigerator that is typically less noisy
- Maximize the efficiency of the refrigeration cycle, through electronic fans.
Eco Cooling
The temperature controllers in the Flex range are equipped with the Eco Cooling mode.
This allows to make energy savings at the predefined hours of inactivity of the operation or when the controller detects the absence of door openings for a certain period of time.

WIRELESS PROGRAMMING
The PC DATABUILDER application generates configuration files that then uploaded to the File Library folder of the Cloud platform.
Once the configuration has been established for each refrigerator model, the Flex controller can be programmed with the ConneX Industry Android application.
CONNEX APP AND INDUSTRY 4.0
ConneX App allows the management of the refrigeration unit both remotely and from the relevant Wi-Fi connection. By filling in the personal data page, it generates the eligible assets Industry 4.0 self-certification report, for obtaining the tax credit that can be used as compensation.
CLOUD SUPERVISION
The manufacturer can supervise the refrigeration units, connected via the Cloud platform.
